Phone my order at 5.55pm. Still want here by 7.30. Phoned up to see if it had left shop to be told oh I’m really sorry but it’s going be at least another hour!! Absolutely ridiculous cancelled my order as my kids were fed up waiting for there dinner!

The website continued to show "awaiting confirmation" but I received an email and shortly after the food arrived. All present, all hot, all good.

My order was ready at the time stated which was excellent. The best chips in Stirling. I have been a customer of Paulinos for over 20 years. Many thanks Jason.

Disappointingly the order was wrong but as it took an hour and 20 mins for delivery we just ate it but unlikely to order again due to this experience.
