Phone my order at 5.55pm. Still want here by 7.30. Phoned up to see if it had left shop to be told oh I’m really sorry but it’s going be at least another hour!! Absolutely ridiculous cancelled my order as my kids were fed up waiting for there dinner!

The website continued to show "awaiting confirmation" but I received an email and shortly after the food arrived. All present, all hot, all good.
